1 書亞人比勒達回答說：
2 「上帝有統治權﹐有威嚴可畏；他在高天布置和平。
3 他的軍隊哪有可數之數？他的光一發﹐誰不蒙照呢？
4 這樣﹑在上帝面前﹑人怎能稱為義呢？婦人所生的﹑怎能純潔呢？
5 阿﹐在他眼前﹑就是月亮也無光輝﹐星宿也不皎潔；
6 何況如蛆蟲的人﹐如蟲子的人類呢！」
