1 以色列出了埃及，雅各家离开了说洋话之民那时，

2 犹大就成了主的圣所，以色列成了他所统治的国。

3 洋海看见就奔逃，约但河也倒流。

4 大山踊跃如公羊，小山蹦跳如羊仔儿。

5 洋海阿，你为什么奔逃？约但河阿，你为什么倒流？

6 大山哪，你为什么踊跃如公羊？小山哪，你为什么蹦跳如羊仔儿？

7 大地阿，你在主面前要打滚；在雅各的上帝面前要舞蹈。

8 他叫磐石变为水塘，叫硬石头变为水泉。
