1 （上殿之歌。）让以色列说：“从我幼年以来敌人就大大苦害我。

2 从我年幼以来敌人虽大大苦害我，却没有胜过我。

3 他们把他们的罪孽（或译：耕地或犁沟）拉长，如同犁田的人犁我的背脊。”

4 但公义者永恒主已经砍断了恶人的绳子。

5 愿恨恶锡安的都蒙羞退后。

6 愿他们像房顶上的草，未长大就枯干；

7 收割的不彀一把，捆禾的不彀满怀；

8 过路的也不说：“愿永恒主的祝福归于你们”；“我们奉永恒主的名给你们祝福。”
