1 （上殿之歌。）我向山举目。我的助力从哪里来呢？

2 我的助力是从那造天地的永恒主而来的。

3 愿他使你的脚不摇动；愿保护你的不打盹。

4 看哪，保护以色列的不打盹，也不睡觉。

5 保护你的是永恒主，荫庇你的是永恒主在你右边。

6 白天日头必不伤你，夜里月亮必不害你。

7 永恒主必保护你免受各样的祸患；他必保护你的性命。

8 你出你入、永恒主必保护你，从今时直到永远。
